I am Morkoth Kras Nar'ik. I am also General Shadow under my queen, the dragon goddess Tiamat.
My family is quite large, and the central focus of my life, even past my job as an assassin. (I'm also sometimes a lawyer, depending on what I need.) My mother was a blue dragon named Nassus. In exchange for saving her adopted sister's (nothing formal) children from miscarriage, she made a deal with my father, the dragon god Bahamut and Tiamat's brother, and she had my twin sister, Shara, and I by him. Yes, I am the son of a god, but I don't make much of it. It certainly didn't give me any godlike powers.
My sister was raised by Nassus's adopted (nothing formal) sister, Samantha, who also had her own four children, Ben, Jadelyn, Rob and Susan. (The last two were the ones whose lives were saved by my existence.)
My mother taught me the ways of being a fighter and a warrior, so my upbringing was hardly normal. I turned out well enough though, I think. I would be dead several times over if not for her training.
Susan and I married when I was twenty-seven, after... several misunderstandings. I adopted a girl named Anna a short while later, and her younger brother (now disowned for private reasons). Susan and I have two biological children, twins David and Saul. They are still quite young. Samantha loves having the cutest grandchildren in existence, and if I may brag, she's right, they are.
